The tests
About these tests
Free Functional Skills-style maths practice for adults and young people in England, from Entry Level 1 to Level 2. Every question is set in an everyday context – money, time, measures, shopping, work and data – and every answer is worked out by a computer script and checked again by a second, independent script.
Each test is matched to the Department for Education’s Functional Skills maths subject content for that level. These are practice questions written by Classfern: they are not past papers and they do not copy any awarding organisation’s assessments, so use them alongside the sample materials from your own exam board.
