About Classfern – Lesson Planner

Classfern – Lesson Planner (lessonplanner.info) is a free lesson plan maker and a set of classroom tools for teachers. Fill in a proper template (5E, Madeline Hunter, UDL, SIOP, UK, EYFS and more), then print it, save it as a PDF, download it as Word or paste it into Google Docs, without signing up for anything.

We built it because most planning tools make teachers create an account before they can do anything, and many lock the useful parts behind a subscription. Here, everything is free, and everything you type stays in your own browser. There is no database of teachers' plans or pupils' names, because we never receive them.

Classfern – Lesson Planner is independent. It isn't affiliated with any school, district, exam board, curriculum publisher or government body, or with any other lesson planning website.

It is run by Mark Davies in London, who also makes Four in a Row, DeviceCheck and Unscramble Words 4U. Ideas and corrections are always welcome: get in touch.
