Two quick ways to start a lesson well. Bell ringers, or do now activities, are short warm-up tasks for the start of the lesson. Choose your subjects, press Pick a bell ringer, and it's on the board.

Run a timer, and show the answer when you're ready. You can print a week of prompts, or add your own. The times table test is for primary pupils.

Choose the tables, the number of questions and the time for each one… or pick the practice that copies the Year 4 multiplication check. Pupils answer on screen with the keypad, see their score straight away, and practise the ones they missed.

You can print a paper test with answers too. Try the bell ringers now at lessonplanner.info.

They're free, and you don't need an account.
