Now let's change the plan and check it. The Year overview shows every unit in order, with dates. Change how many lessons a unit gets, or move units up and down.

If you move a unit before one it builds on, you'll get a warning. On the Lessons tab, every lesson has a date. Drag lessons into a new order, lock a lesson to its date for a trip or a practical, make a fresh version of any lesson, or add your own.

In maths, press Make practice questions to get a set of questions with answers. The Coverage tab is the clever part. It checks every curriculum statement for the year and shows the date it's first taught.

Anything not scheduled shows in red, so you can fix it before term starts. When you're happy, open Print and export. Print it or save a PDF, download a spreadsheet, add every lesson to your calendar, or open it in Word.
