The tests
About these tests
Free arithmetic practice for Year 2 in the style of the KS1 maths Paper 1: adding and subtracting, the 2, 5 and 10 times tables, missing numbers, and halves, quarters and thirds of small numbers.
The KS1 tests are now optional. Schools can still choose to use them, and the skills here are part of the Year 1 and Year 2 national curriculum whatever your child’s school decides.
Every question is our own, its answer is computed by a program and checked again by a second program, and each has a short explanation.
