The tests
About these tests
Short, instantly marked practice tests on the pure maths most students meet in Year 12 (the AS part of A level maths): algebra and functions, coordinate geometry, the binomial expansion, trigonometry, exponentials and logarithms, differentiation and integration.
Each test picks 15 questions at random from a bank of 40 or more, with a worked explanation for every answer. The content follows the DfE subject content for AS and A level mathematics, which all exam boards use. Angles are in degrees.
