When report time comes, your marks and notes are already here. Press Write reports for the whole class. Each report gets its statistics, like attendance, results and homework, filled in for you, with a comment for each subject.

Choose the tone and length, and press Write again for different wording. The personal comment is yours. It's the part only you can write.

If you're stuck, press Suggest an opening line. Each report has a status, so you can see where you are: needs teacher comment, ready, with head teacher, or finished. Then print them all, save a PDF, download one Word file for the class, or copy a report as text.

Used numbers instead of names? Load your name key file when you print, and the names appear on the printout only. They're forgotten when you leave.
