How do I see a week of lessons, or copy a week to next week?
Press Week view. Each plan shows on the day in its Date box. From there you can print the week, download it as Word, add a plan for a day, or copy the whole week to next week.
Step by step
- Give each plan a date in the Date box.
- Press Week view in the Lesson Plan Maker.
- Use ← Prev and Next → to move between weeks. Click a plan to open it, or + Plan for this day to start a new one on that date.
- Press Print week or Word for a one-page weekly overview.
- Press Copy week to next week to copy every plan in this week seven days on, as new plans you can edit.
Questions and fixes
A plan is missing from the week
Week view uses the Date box. Open the plan, check its date, then open Week view again.
Saturday and Sunday are missing
Weekends only appear when a plan is dated on a Saturday or Sunday that week.
