How do I change the month on the printable teacher planner?
Use the month box on the teacher planner. The calendar page redraws for the month you pick and remembers it.
Step by step
- Open the teacher planner (or the digital teacher planner).
- Go to the month calendar page tab.
- Pick the month and year in the month box.
- Type into the days you need, then print or download as Word.
Questions and fixes
The weeks start on Sunday
The calendar follows the usual US layout, with Sunday first. Every other page of the planner is unaffected.
The printout is cut off or has the wrong margins
In the print window, set the scale to “Default” or “Fit to page”, keep margins on “Default”, and check the paper size (A4 in the UK, Letter in the US). Turning on “Background graphics” keeps coloured boxes and shading.
