How do I report a problem or suggest an improvement?
Use Report a problem at the bottom of any page. Choose the kind of report, tell us what happened and press Send. You get a reference code to see our reply – no account or email needed.
Step by step
- Press Report a problem in the footer of any page.
- Choose what kind of report it is and describe what happened. The form may suggest help pages that match what you typed.
- If you’d like an email reply, tick the box and add your address; otherwise leave it blank.
- Press Send and keep the reference code (it looks like CF-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX). This browser remembers it under My reports.
- Use the code to see our reply on your report page. Fixes we make are listed on You said, we did.
Questions and fixes
It said the report could not be sent
Check your connection and try again. If it still fails, use the email link the form offers; your message is copied into the email.
I lost my reference code
We can’t look codes up, because we don’t store who sent what. Check My reports in the same browser, or send a new report.
