Why do I still see adverts when I am a Pro member?
Members see no adverts anywhere on lessonplanner.info once their login is recognised. If you still see them, your browser may be showing a page it saved earlier, or your login has expired on this device.
Step by step
- Check you are logged in: the header should show the PRO badge and My account.
- Reload the page (Ctrl+F5 on Windows, Cmd+Shift+R on a Mac).
- If you are logged out, log in again.
- Still seeing adverts? Use Report a problem and tell us which page.
