How do I log in to Classfern Pro, or reset my password?
Log in on the Pro login page. If you have forgotten your password, use Reset your password and follow the link we email you.
Step by step
- Open the login page (or Log in to Pro in the Menu).
- Type your username or email and password.
- Forgotten it? Open Reset your password, type your email and follow the link in the email.
- Once you are logged in, the free pages show the Pro menu (Ask Fern, Forum, Jobs, Exchanges, My account) and no adverts.
Questions and fixes
I am logged in, but the free pages still show adverts
Pages are sometimes kept by your browser for up to an hour. Reload the page (Ctrl+F5 or Cmd+Shift+R). If adverts still show, log out and in again.
The reset email hasn’t arrived
Check your spam or junk folder, and that you typed the email address you joined with. School email systems sometimes hold messages for a few minutes.
