CAT4-style practice – Year 5–6 (ages 9–11) – Test 1
CAT4-style practice – Year 5–6 (ages 9–11) – Test 1: 25 questions, marked instantly with every answer explained. Free, no sign-up, no adverts in the test.
These are practice puzzles, not an IQ test. A real IQ test is standardised and given by a qualified psychologist.
Before you start
25 questions are picked at random from a bank of 44, so each try is different. There is no time limit. At the end you see your score and a short explanation for every question. Four kinds of puzzle, like the four parts of CAT4: words (which word belongs, word pairs), numbers (number pairs, number series), shapes (which shape belongs, shape pairs) and space (turning and mirror images). Our spatial puzzles use turns and reflections; the real spatial part uses paper folding and hidden shapes, which are not included yet.
- 25 questions – a new mix each time you try
- No time limit
- Answers and explanations at the end
No sign-up and no adverts. Your answers stay on this device. Nothing you type in the test is sent to us – unless you choose to report a problem with a question.
Answers are checked by computer programs, and every test is reviewed by an independent AI checker that didn't write it. Spot a mistake? Use the Report button.
